Our flasks and valves are made with soft, flexible, medical grade vinyl materials. Neither the edges or valves cause any discomfort whatsoever. It is so comfortable to wear that you'll literally forget you’re even wearing your flask until your drink is empty!

Our goal is to respond within 24 hours, but our response time is dependent on the volume of incoming inquiries. Lately we have been overwhelmed (and flattered!) with customer love and our support team is growing along with our company. If you have a truly urgent request, please let us know in the subject line to help increase the speed of our response time.
- Is your shopping cart secure?
We use Authorize.Net to process all of our online transactions which means you can shop with confidence because your order will be processed using an encrypted SSL connection. Simply enter your credit or debit card information directly into our secure shopping cart and let Authorize.net process your payment.

FreedomFlask.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Note - credit and debit cards are subject to address verification by your financial institution. If you get an error message after submitting your credit or debit card information, please double check to make sure that you entered the following information correctly:
- Your name as it appears on the card
- Billing address on file with your card issuer
- Card number
- Card expiration date
- Card verification number

- How quickly are orders processed and shipped?
We process orders daily and offer a variety of shipping solutions for our customers including ground, 2nd day, overnight, and international shipping. Our shipping partners are USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Orders are shipped within 24 hrs after your order is placed, Monday thru Friday, and in some cases ship out same day.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
- How can I track my order?
All customers will be notified by email when your order leaves our warehouse. This email will include additional information about your order as well as a tracking number and tracking link so you can follow your orders shipping progress. - What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day-no-questions-asked-money-back-guarantee. We are happy to make this offer because we know this will be the best and most useful flask you have ever owned and therefore highly unlikely you’ll be unsatisfied. However, if you decide to return your flask for any reason just send an email to Info@FreedomFlask.com with “I'm returning my Freedom Flask” in the subject line within 30 days of receiving your flask and we'll send you instructions on how and where to return your merchandise. Then simply return your flask and we'll issue a full refund once received.
- What if I enter an incorrect shipping address on my order?
If you realize after placing your order that you entered the wrong shipping address, please email us IMMEDIATELY to notify us about the issue at Info@FreedomFlask.com . If we receive your request prior to shipment, we’ll do our best to revise your shipping address in our system prior to order processing. If your address cannot be changed prior to shipment, we’ll need to wait for your package to be returned back to us as undeliverable before sending another one out. If you need your flask sooner, you may purchase another flask using the correct shipping address and we will be happy to refund your card once the original order is returned to us. If you have any other issue regarding your order that we haven’t mentioned here, please email your concerns to Info@FreedomFlask.com and we’ll take care of it.
- Do you ship to addresses outside of the USA?
Yep, we do. We ship to most countries around the world through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. If you are having trouble with your international shipping address during the checkout process, please email us at Info@FreedomFlask.com and we’ll be happy to assist you with placing your order. Please note that import duties, fees, and brokerage charges vary per country and are charged to the recipient.
Also, International wholesale distribution has been made easier and more cost effective with our fulfillment centers in Toronto, London, and Sydney!
We request information from you on our order form and to buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). The shipping information is used to fill and ship your orders and if we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you. The billing information you provide in our shopping cart is sent directly to Authorize.Net, so we never actually see this information.
